- Check-Out/Departure: On your departure day, you must vacate your room before 12:00 noon.

- Late Check-Out: If you wish to stay in your room beyond the standard check-out time on your departure day, please request this service the day before, before 7:00 pm. Reception will inform you about availability, extended stay hours and the applicable room charge.

- Extending Your Stay: If you wish to extend your stay, please contact our reception staff the day before your scheduled departure.

- Luggage Storage: You can leave your luggage at reception until your departure time.

- Changing Rooms and Lockers: On your departure day, you can use the complimentary shower facilities located on the hotel's ground floor.

- Doctor: The hotel offers a 24-hour medical service (external provider). The consultation fee must be paid directly to the doctor.

- Postal Service: Forms, envelopes and a post box are available at reception.

- Pool Towel Service: Free of charge, subject to a deposit. You can exchange your towel for a clean one at reception at any time. However, to help protect the environment, we kindly ask you to reuse your towel for as long as possible.
